On Tuesday, February 11th, we encourage all students, staff, and community members to wear orange as we stand together to raise awareness for Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month.
Teen dating violence is a serious issue that affects millions of young people across the country. By wearing orange, we are taking a stand to support healthy relationships, promote awareness, and encourage open conversations about this important topic.
Why It Matters
Teen dating violence includes physical, emotional, and verbal abuse that can have long-term effects on a young person's well-being. By educating ourselves and others, we can help prevent unhealthy relationships and create a culture of respect, safety, and support.
How You Can Participate
Wear orange on February 11th to show your support.
Start the conversation—talk to friends, students, and family members about the importance of healthy relationships.
Share resources—spread awareness on social media using #Orange4Love and #TeenDVMonth.
Be an ally—support those who may be experiencing unhealthy relationships and encourage them to seek help.
Together, we can make a difference. Let’s flood our school and community with orange on February 11th to show that we stand against teen dating violence and for healthy, positive relationships.
Join us, wear orange, and be a part of the change!
