Pleasanton Primary is celebrating Dr. Seuss’ Birthday with READ ACROSS AMERICA WEEK, March 3-7. Each day will have a theme that corresponds to a Dr. Seuss title. Students may dress according to each day’s theme. Be creative and have fun!
Monday: Oh the Places You'll Go-wear college or vacation attire
Tuesday: The Cat in the Hat-wear your favorite hat
Wednesday: Fox in Socks-wear fun or silly socks
Thursday: Dr. Seuss's Sleep Book-wear pajamas

Good Evening! The Eagle prize cart will be rolling around campus tomorrow, so please make sure your child comes to school so they don't miss it. The prize cart rolls around every 3 weeks. Thank you!
As of now, Pleasanton ISD will have a regular school day tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22. We are continuing to monitor the weather, and if anything changes, will provide updates immediately via text, email, website, and social media.
Important Announcement:
Pleasanton ISD will be closed and all before and after-school activities cancelled on Tuesday, January 21st, due to inclement weather. Due to this closure, the February 17th holiday will now be a regular school day.
Group picture day is tomorrow, January 15th. To purchase a group picture, please fill out and return the Life Touch Order form with $18 or order online at mylifetouch.com using Picture Day ID: EVT628QBV. This is a great chance to have a special keepsake!
Kinder, 1st, & 2nd grade students will start their middle of year MAP testing on Monday. Please ensure your student gets plenty of rest and arrives on time.
