Student council is open to everyone.  It is a service organization that works to represent the student body in various capacities.  Student council is in charge of organizing and making decisions regarding homecoming.  If you like having your voice heard and want to make a difference at PHS and in the community become a member.  Meetings are Mondays during both lunch periods in the library.  You can be a member just by showing up to the meetings and paying your $10 dues.
