Your child will most likely need shots before beginning 7th grade!  

Texas school immunization requirements for students entering the 7th grade include: 

• Tdap booster if it has been ≥ 5 years since the last dose of a tetanus-containing vaccine

• Meningococcal vaccine (MCV4)

• 2nd dose of varicella (chickenpox) vaccine
